City Park PassYou may pick up your seasonal City of Howell Scofield Park pass at the Bennett Recreation Center, located at the Oceola Community Center at 1661 N Latson Rd.; (517) 546-0693.  Park passes are needed for access to the park between Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Secretary of State: Michigan Secretary of State also offers a wide variety of on line services for branch office transactions.

Dog License:  You can pick up or renew your dog license at the Howell City Hall 2nd floor- finance department, Livingston County Animal Control or Livingston County Treasurer's Office.
