Interested in developing in Downtown Howell?
The Michigan Economic Development Corporation recently released Request for Developer Qualifications in the City of Howell to assist in the community’s attraction of investment to the City’s priority site.
The approximately 1.6-acre city block site, located at 214 North Walnut Street, is adjacent to the historic downtown, and lies underutilized and partially vacant. The City and private property owners would like the developer to rebuild the block and tie together the historic city center and surrounding residential areas with a high-quality, walkable residential and commercial infill project. The MEDC is hosting A Virtual ‘Site Showcase’ Event on August 25th. The virtual event, from 10-11:30am, will feature local officials, planners and MEDC representatives and will discuss the project details.
