City of Howell has partnered with BidNet as part of the Michigan MITN System (branded page link) to post bid opportunities to this site.  As a vendor, you can register with the Michigan MITN System and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. By selecting automatic bid notification, your company will receive emails once City of Howell has a bid opportunity that matches your company's business. In addition, the site handles bid opportunities, RFPs, and RFQs for other member governmental agencies throughout Michigan.

The City of Howell will receive sealed bids at the City Clerk’s office located at 611 East Grand River Avenue, Howell, Michigan 48843, up to
10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2019

for all work associated with the seal coating and striping of municipal parking lots.

Bids must be sealed in an envelope with “Municipal Lot Maintenance” marked on the outside.

The City of Howell officially distributes bid documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain documents from the MITN system are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. If you obtained this document from a source other than MITN, it is recommended that you register on the MITN site,
www.mitn.info and obtain an official copy and any addenda. The City of Howell also reserves the right to use any other method of distributing bid information; however, any additional method of distribution will also direct vendors to MITN.
The right is reserved by the Owner to accept or reject any proposal, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal, in the interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn after the above bid date and time for a period of sixty (60) days.
